It’s the holidays, and many people celebrate at family functions, neighborhood parties, and office get-togethers. This also means that you may be unknowingly exposed to the diet, chemical sweeteners in those wonderful cookies, pies, and sweets that someone else brought to the party.
Uh oh.
Watch out for health reactions to hidden aspartame in your holiday goodies like headaches – maybe it’s a migraine this time, but you did drink a lot of alcohol at the party. Seizures can recur even if you stopped having seizures when you stopped using aspartame.
And the kids … !! Are your children acting up more lately, showing signs of ADD/ADHD/hyperactivity?

Remember, many people will blame alcohol or sugar as the reason they are having health issues around the holidays when it may simply be hidden aspartame and other diet sweeteners.
Aspartame Holiday Detox
It is easy to accidentally get into aspartame and the diet sweeteners around the holiday times, and you will figure this out when you have a “reaction” to these hidden chemicals. You can politely ask your host if any sweets or punches have the chemical sweeteners in them, and simply explain that you are “allergic” to them, or that your child will get sick from them.
Then, go home and detox.
