Aluminum (Al) is one of the most common metals; the third most abundant element in the Earth’s crust. Your body needs a “little aluminum” for normal function, but eating manufactured forms of aluminum has no beneficial role in the biochemistry of any animal.
And that means you, the human.
Wired And Mis-fired
Aluminum is used in wiring for a reason – it is a great conductor, but eating manufactured aluminum isn’t good for your body’s electrical system. This can disrupt your biological self-ordering, energy transduction, and signaling systems. Al negatively impacts the central nervous system in all species that have been studied, including humans.
In other words, ingesting manmade forms of aluminum can decrease your body’s ability to process information and to transmit signals or messages.
Hence, memory loss and decline.
Healthy Aluminum
Natural and organic forms of aluminum have beneficial effects that help your brain “fire” its electrical impulses, and these impulses drive your brain and nervous systems. But, the natural forms are very different from altered, manufactured forms.
Organic aluminum is found in mineral water, in the soil, and in many edible plants. So at the end of the day, you are unknowingly maintaining a healthy aluminum intake, but in very trace amounts.
The key is to never eat manufactured aluminum. This will result in body stress, and can cause illness.
No Big Deal?
Because of its prevalence in the Earth’s crust, and prior to modern manufacturing, aluminum used to be no big deal. Aluminum was regarded as inert and harmless. Heck, nobody even thought about aluminum. However today, manufactured forms of Al are everywhere, and its over-use has become invariably toxic to all living things.
In The Olden Days
Before the 1820s, people were not exposed to toxic aluminum. Al had never been a threat to our health until the industrial extraction of Al, primarily from bauxite ore, made it possible to use Al in food processing, manufacturing, medicines, cosmetics, vaccines, and other manufacturing.
Today, aluminum’s harmful effects on human health are surfacing exponentially because both the young and old are increasingly exposed to toxic forms of Al in food, water, medicines and vaccines, cosmetics, and from industrial occupational exposure.
Everyday Sources
When aluminum is dissolved in water – through drinking, showering, in cans and cooking – the aluminum disrupts the macromolecules that are crucial to your DNA, RNA, proteoglycans, and proteins.
Studies have shown that aluminum injures the cells, circuits, and subsystems in machines – and in your body – and this typically causes catastrophic system failures that can end in death ….. of the machine’s cells and circuits, and of a human’s cells and circuits.
Today, we put many different types of liquids in aluminum cans, and the more chemicals we add to these liquids, the more this effects our health. This includes liquids from canned pineapple juice to diet colas, and canned beer to vaccines.
Al Loves Compounds
Aluminum easily forms toxic complexes with other elements, such as fluorine/fluoride, and it interacts negatively with mercury, lead, and glyphosate (used in GMO pesticides).
As our modern world becomes more dependent on adding aluminum to chemical applications, from foil to Chemtrails to vaccines, the global impacts to our ecosystems and to our central nervous systems are becoming an epidemic threat to world health.
Al Sources
Man-made forms of aluminum salts are found in processed foods and medicinal products, such as antacids, the glossy coatings for pills, and as vaccine adjuvants.
Aluminum found in vaccines is supposed to shock the recipient’s immune defenses into action, ostensibly to enhance the immunogenicity of the pathogen(s) in the vaccine(s). I do not recommend this exposure for newborns, infants, or children.
Al salts are also found in dyes, cosmetics, antiperspirants, sunscreens, and thousands of material products including foils, food containers, and utensils.
3 Solutions
Try these 3 easy and life-changing solutions to re-balancing an increase to aluminum exposure:
- First, remove all known Al sources from your diet and environment;
- Get a hair analysis to see what your Al levels are;
- Detox and restore the healthy nutrients that toxic metals, like Al, remove from your body’s cells and tissues.
It would be nice to return to the “olden days” when our food, medicines and body products were just as useful, but without toxic metals like aluminum.
