Asleep At Your Meal
- Are you still hungry after you eat a filling meal?
- Do you develop a sweet craving after you eat?
- Does your energy level drop when you finish a meal?
- Do you feel hyper, nervous, angry or irritable after eating?
- Do you get depressed after you eat?
If you answered yes to two or more of these questions, then you just fell asleep at your meal due to an improper combination of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.
You might think you are eating the perfect foods for your metabolism and health, but having too much of one type of food in place of another can easily produce a lack of energy.
