I’m writing this on Mother’s Day – a western tradition where we take a day to reflect on our moms.
One thing that stands out when I think of “mothers” is instinct. All mothers have a natural instinct that is built into our DNA to protect our offspring – this applies to everything. Consider a mother duck or a cat nurturing her kittens.
All mothers have a strong instinct. Pretty awesome.
Follow Your Instincts
The point of this article is to accentuate your instincts.
To validate them.
To encourage them.
And for some of you … to remind you to remember them.
Vaccines
Remember to listen to your gut (literally) when you are pregnant concerning whether or not to vaccinate during pregnancy, and after delivery.
My gut says to never, ever ever vaccinate a newborn.
My instincts say to wait until a child’s immune system has matured and their development has solidified before injecting them with nefarious toxic chemicals.
My intuition says to wait 2 years.
That’s hard to do when you need day care. My gut says to try to work at home, or find a private sitter who’s instincts are to avoid vaccines, too.
Do your own research, search for a pediatrician willing to take the time to listen to you and to work with you. Remember to follow your instincts on this important issue.
If your child has been vaccinated and has not suffered any negative side effects, fantastic!! But, please remember to never diminish the validity of a parent whose child has suffered physical damage.
Diet Sweeteners
I have dedicated over 20 years informing the public about the dangers of aspartame, sucralose, and the other man-made, artificial sweeteners.
As I wrote in my book Sweet Poison, I was mistakenly diagnosed with an incurable case of Grave’s Disease in 1991. I followed my instincts, and refused to permanently destroy my thyroid gland until I uncovered the cause of my diagnosis.
Listening to my gut, I discovered the cause of my illness, and I uncovered a lot more!!!
Not only did I cure myself of “Aspartame Disease”, but my life changed for the better. I documented the corruption behind aspartame, sucralose, and the other chemical sugars, and began a new, and unexpected, career in natural health and wellness.
All because I listened to my instincts and I did not follow my doctor’s mainstream, sheeple advice.
Diagnosis Of Disease
Using my personal story as a springboard, have YOU been diagnosed with a disease?
Are you on some sort of blood pressure med?
Are you taking antidepressants? Have you thought about what happens when you get off of them? Do you think that you’ll ever get off of them?
It’s very important to follow your instincts when diagnosed with a disease.
When I was diagnosed with Grave’s Disease, my gut told me to
- Uncover why I was ill – find the cause;
- Remove the cause through detoxing;
- Restore the damage done using whole foods and the supplements needed that show up on the hair analysis;
- Believe that you can heal – even from cancer.
I can’t stress enough how important it is to follow your instincts when diagnosed with an illness. I am not saying ignore your medical doctor’s advice, but I am stating the importance of being active in the decision making, and THIS takes guts. (literally)
Follow your gut.
Happy Mother’s Day, to all 2-legged and 4-legged moms.
