Do you have bad knees? Maybe it’s a shoulder or your wrist.
Well, I’ve fallen and hurt both of my knees (not at the same time, thank goodness), and I’ll share what I did to get back to climbing ladders again.
Recovery From The Trauma
After I elevated, iced, wrapped, and crutched my swollen and dislocated knee, I began detoxing IMMEDIATELY from the physical stress and trauma.
After allowing my knee to remain motionless for a few days, I slowly began encouraging movement, and I started my Detox Program to enhance the drainage. Then, I provided my body the tools that it needed to restore my bones, tendons, and tissues to repair on its own.
Now, I’m not recommending what I did or these supplements as a replacement for your doctor’s recommendations, such as pending surgery if the injury is really bad, but these are tools that everyone’s body uses to relieve the trauma and pain while you may be counseling with your orthopedic, or before and after surgery.
I started this protocol immediately as the first steps to take after an injury to see if I could heal without a doc. And again, it is a wonderful program to continue after knee surgery.
We tend to think of surgeries as the end-all fix-it-all, but we should remember that the body continuously repairs any body damage, and the tools that your body uses to replenish healing on its own should be continuously provided, such as bone nutrients and healing aides, like Arnica Montana.
So, when I get injured, I immediately provide these tools that my body needs to start its own ER.
Then, I continue them as needed, and these nutrients can be used on-going, especially if you are saddled with chronic knee pain.
Healing Tools
All of these supplements are important to begin using ASAP, but the sooner you start using the arnica, the quicker your body will relax; the swelling decreases, and the pain is minimized.
- Arnica sublingual tablets
- Arnica cream
- Begin detoxing
- Stay on your vitamin regimen
- Consider doing a hair analysis to see if any bone nutrients need to be restored, such as phosphorus.
That’s it. This very simple program is what I do if I get an injury.
It has worked well for me. I hope it works for you, too.
