I work in a business where modern medicine has led us to a “take a pill” or “cut it out” mentality for almost every health symptom that you experience, but I have discovered that these approaches do not always cure disease.
I think more people are realizing this.
If anything, we just keep getting sicker and more physically tired until our bodies eventually give in to disease. Curing cancer and degenerative diseases as in times past might be considered old-fashioned and outdated when compared to today’s high tech standards, but our physical bodies have neither changed over time nor have the effects of disease changed – modern treatments and the chemicals that cause illness have changed, though.
We must never forget the roots of disease and their cures are as old-fashioned as the body itself. Heck, you can’t even use the word cure anymore unless you are giving a personal testimony. Well, I cured myself of a mis-diagnosis of Grave’s Disease, and I did it by using old-fashioned nutritional techniques – I refused to buy into the exclusivity of the modern-day medical system.
Too Many Toxins
People, along with all other animals, are becoming like diseased waste sites for manmade chemicals and artificial food additives. That might be a harsh statement, but cancer rates in the United States are among the highest in the world, and our association with medical doctors represents the third leading cause of death in the United States because of:
- unnecessary surgeries;
- over-medication;
- medication errors in hospitals;
- infections in hospitals;
- negative effects of drugs.
It’s important to remember that your body has not “kept up” with modern technology. You certainly shouldn’t eat technology! But this is happening today as a result of the onslaught of manufactured foods, more chemicals being pumped into our lives, and the perpetual threat of chemical warfare.
This very second, your physical body is, without our true understanding, functioning exactly the way humans functioned 10,000 years ago. Because your body today operates in the same way that it did in the past, it is critical to treat it the same as in years past – centuries past.
But, we are adopting one of the most unnatural lifestyles known to mankind and we are diseased because of it.
It’s An Art
Finding nutritional answers to illness is like an art passed down from generation to generation. It can be learned. This can be revitalized. Many have done it successfully.
The causes of modern diseases are harder to identify today than ever before because we are inundated with chemicals, and isolating which chemical as the cause has become lost in today’s technological shuffle. As time marches on, basic health information has been forgotten, overlooked, outlawed and shamed.
We must reclaim our amazing past healing techniques that worked back in the day.
I learned, through my own illness, that curing a disease can be very challenging. But do your research; study all you can about your disease and the alternatives that are available to you.
Don’t listen to the nay-sayers – good nutrition is an important part of healing any illness.
Revive the fundamentals of what nutrition and natural medicine used to be. Remember that before our current dependence on insanely expensive pharmaceuticals, people gave their body’s the time needed to restore.
Many diseases can be prevented and treated using nutrition and personalized vitamin and mineral supplementation.
I am by no means advising you to go against your doctor’s counsel, but through my work, I am sharing with you some very important nutritional information that doctors used many years ago. By all means, consult your doctors, but never forget to do your due-diligence, too. My research into what past doctors knew, their nutritional counseling and old-fashioned medical treatments can help serve as a spring board to enrich your knowledge about health and wellness.
Never be afraid to learn alternatives when facing an illness. It does no harm to try.
