My diagnosis of Grave’s disease in 1991 (an incorrect diagnosis, mind you) was actually a blessing. It was a gift that changed my life because it was a major wake-up call.
Facing a deadly illness showed me that I had become unaware of what my lifestyle was doing to my health, both mentally and physically. During my “recovery”, I discovered that healing from an illness is like fitting pieces of a puzzle together, one-by-one.
I realized there are major steps you have to take when healing from a disease, but it can be done; piece-by-piece, step-by-step.
Your Entire Body Is Involved In Healing
- Identify the cause of your disease; scrutinize your environment for exposures and get a hair analysis;
- Remove the cause from your life;
- Repair any damage using a wellness program tailored just for you.
Cleansing toxic chemicals from your body means more than flushing your colon. It involves effectively removing toxins from every cell of your body, from your head to your toes.
Your entire body is involved in healing – your lungs, your skin, your kidneys, your liver, and your toes – all participate in eliminating toxins.
Toxins activate certain natural enzymes in the body. These enzymes transform foreign contaminants into water-soluble substances that your body can typically get rid of.
Drinking lots of water and sweating during exercise helps eliminate toxins, too. But, if your toxic load gets high enough to saturate your fatty tissues, toxins can deposit in your organs and inside your brain.
For over two decades, researchers have witnessed this in aspartame studies.
Over time, contamination from toxins inside your body accumulate, building “sludge-like” residue. I cured my Grave’s Disease by identifying the “cause”, removing it, and repairing the damage aspartame did to my body.
My Grave’s disappeared 30 days after I removed aspartame. and began my Detox Program. As a side effect, I lost the 30 pounds I gained from using diet sweeteners.
Pollution is a common toxin, too. Pollution is increasing to such dangerous levels these days, all the animals on our planet are absorbing damaging levels of toxins – this includes your dog or your cat.
Zoologists, biologists, and environmental engineers are witnessing the devastating effects manmade chemicals have on plants and animals.
