Lifestyle Changes
Many times, illness manifests from harmful lifestyles, like drinking diet colas, eating a bad diet, and never exercising.
You don’t have to join a gym to keep your body moving – you can garden, walk the dog, hire an on-line personal trainer, or bicycle around your neighborhood. Simply move your body regularly.
Detox
If health symptoms are EVER present, always detox and clean them out of your system. Detoxing is no different from dusting your house, cleaning your bathroom, and changing the oil in your car.
If you have new health symptoms appear, cleanse them ASAP, and see if this fixes any future problems.

Supplements
Many people think that if you eat right, you don’t need to supplement with essential vitamins and minerals, but obviously, I disagree. Especially if you are experiencing negative health reactions.
Health symptoms are a sign that something is out of balance inside of you, so you need to take stress off your immune system by assisting its nutrient needs.
How do you know which nutrients it needs?
Hair Analysis
Instead of wasting your time and money taking the wrong supplements, get a hair analysis if health symptoms appear. Don’t guess; determine what’s going on and exactly what’s is too high or too low.
Breath Work
The amount of oxygen circulating through your body is more important than you know! I am repeating myself, but today, wearing masks threaten your health by decreasing your oxygen flow.
You can supplement with oxygen enhancing supplements, but practicing deep breathing is a wonderful thing to do daily.
Not only does it help you relax and meditate, but it expands your lungs and increases your oxygen levels for better health.
I guess you might consider these tips as little silver bullets.
