Everyone wants to prevent catching an irritating cold or the flu.
Here are the basic supplements that I recommend keeping in your medicine cabinet to use at the first sign that you might be getting sick.
Today, we are living in a very unhealthy environment, so I take these supplements at least 5 times every week, and I will do so until next Spring.
Basic Supplements To Prevent Colds and The Flu
- Selenium
- Zinc
- NAC (N-acetyl cysteine)
- vitamin C, not from corn
- vitamin D
There are many more things that you can do to run-off a cold or the flu, and I will be writing about those as the weeks progress into winter, in the Northern Hemisphere.
For now, keep these supplements in your cabinet, and don’t hesitate to start using them if you feel a cold coming on.
