EMFs are electric and magnetic fields that are both natural and man-made invisible energies associated with electrical power and various forms of energy.
Exposure to large levels of high-frequency EMFs can damage human DNA and your cells.
EMF frequencies are electrical or magnetic fields of energy that can spread out from their sources. The strength of an EMF is directly related to the amount of electric currents in use and to the the voltage in an electric circuit.
This means that the more electrical current that you are exposed to, or the higher the voltage, the greater the EMF that’s generated.
Most People Don’t Know …
Most people get headaches, a shaky feeling, and nausea when exposed to EMFs.
After years of doing the hair analysis, I have determined that these health reactions are caused by low iron and low lithium levels in relation to the type of fats that surround the myelin sheath on your nerve endings.
Myelin is an insulating layer, or sheath that forms around nerves, including those in the brain and spinal cord. The myelin sheath allows electrical impulses to transmit quickly and efficiently along the nerve cells.
Lithium is a hormone nutrient used within the glands inside your brain, and people with a lower myelin sheath fat lining are more susceptible to headaches and nerve reactions than those who are balanced in lithium and iron.
If myelin is damaged, nerve impulses slow down. This can cause diseases such as multiple sclerosis.
Myelin is composed of 80 percent lipid and 20 percent protein; cholesterol is one of the major lipids.
If you are low in lithium, iron, and fat intake, you may have a severe headache and nerve reaction to EMF exposure – frequencies that affect your nerves and the glands in your brain that use lithium and iron for hormone production.
Vegans Are More Sensitive to EMFs
Vegans, vegetarians, and people who use more unsaturated seed oils than saturated fats like animal fat, are more sensitive to EMFs.
So, to better protect yourself from EMF reactions, I recommend fortifying your myelin sheath with animal fats and make sure your iron and lithium levels are good. Most plant fats do not efficiently coat the myelin sheath, which help nerve cells communicate more quickly.
I’m not advocating eating an unbalanced diet of saturated fats, but providing no saturated fats and only unsaturated fats found in nuts, seeds, and vegetable oils may not efficiently build your myelin sheath. The type of fat in an avocado or an olive is mainly unsaturated (specifically monounsaturated), and when eaten in place of saturated fat, these types of fats can help maintain healthy cholesterol levels, which are better choices for those who do not eat meat or dairy.
Lacto-ovo-vegetarians that eat certain animal products, such as eggs, milk, and cheese, are more protected, and tuna, salmon and other fish will work for pescatarians.Beef, lamb, chicken, duck, and other animal fats protect the myelin sheath the best.
This is why vegans and vegetarians find that they are more sensitive to EMFs.
Exposure
The most common sources of frequency radiation are wireless telecommunication devices and equipment, including cell phones, smart meters, and portable wireless devices, tablets and laptop computers.
Avoid exposure to:
- Mobile phones are low power radio devices that work on electromagnetic fields (EMFs), but if you keep the phone next to your ear, you increase your exposure to EMFs that can lead to various health hazards including brain tumors;
- Appliances;
- Wireless internet routers;
- Electrical power lines;
- Power plants;
- Transformers and breaker boxes.
How To Protect Yourself
- Have a hair analysis to check your iron and lithium levels;
- Get enough saturated fat in your daily diet to support your myelin sheath;
- Don’t sit or linger near appliances;
- Use your phone less and avoid using it when the battery is low;
- Use the speaker function on your mobile phone or use earbuds when on your phone;
- Don’t carry your phone in a pocket or close to your body;
- Unplug from electronic devices and electricity when you can, especially when sleeping at night;
- Don’t sit too close to your television, and turn it off when you’re not watching it;
- Avoid living too close to electrical power poles and transformers, which emit higher frequency radiation.
Would you ever have imagined that essential elements and fat would protect your nervous system from EMFs?
