It’s safe to say that most of us are overwhelmed with current events today.
Vaccines and COVID have been a nightmare for many people. Therapeutics, vaccine side-effects (or not), sleeplessness, rising costs of medical care and food … and on and on keeps our stress levels up.
Remember when you feel like the stress is over-whelming you – don’t be too hard on yourself if you have made the wrong decisions concerning your health.
- Keep researching everything,
- Learn all that you can about topics that you don’t understand,
- Take time to meditate and get out in Nature every day,
- Exercise as much as you can,
- Prepare all of your meals at home,
- Eat raw over microwaved,
- Get ready for bed when the sun goes down,
- Don’t be hard on yourself if you make a decision that might turn out to be a mistake down the road.
You can always fix the mistakes that you make – even if simply learning that it was the wrong decision – that’s fixing it because you won’t make that decision again.
Stay strong swimming in a crazy world where nothing seems to make sense. Hold onto your ethics, and always be kind, especially to yourself.
