I was very fortunate to have been taught old-school nutrition by old-school nutritionists. I cured myself after I was diagnosed with an “incurable case of Grave’s disease” that, at the end of the day, was merely a curable case of aspartame poisoning.
I stumbled into a brand new world as a result of healing from a condemning misdiagnosis.
I was an environmental toxicologist at the time that I got sick in 1991, so connecting the dots on what made me ill with how basic nutrition and detoxing cured me was easy for me to figure out. What I had yet to learn was how to teach others how it worked for me.
I wrote my book, Sweet Poison, naively thinking that I would bring down the corrupt medical system and Monsanto’s NutraSweet/Equal®, but I quickly discovered that exposing the truth wouldn’t be allowed.
Aspartame is still on the market today, right? … along with even more toxic chemicals, medications, and deadly vaccines.
Along the way, I did discover many answers to the increasing causes of disease today, but until our medical community changes and the freedom of information is unchained, I don’t think much is going to change. I will, however, continue to share what I know to help others one person at a time.
I used the hair analysis to help me heal from Grave’s disease, and I learned that the hair analysis shows what’s going on inside of your body; it shows which essential nutrients your body selects that it needs – it’s like strolling down a cafeteria line as your blood carries nutrients throughout your body.
Let’s Look At Some Nutrients
As nutrients are broken down from the foods you eat inside of your stomach, the nutrients pass into your liver to be sent throughout your body in your bloodstream. What’s really cool is your body doesn’t compete for the nutrients that it needs – each body system knows exactly what it needs to stay healthy.
Your Bones, Nerves, and Muscles
Your endoskeletal system selects:
- calcium and magnesium in a 1:1 ratio
- copper
- boron
- phosphorus
- strontium
Your Heart, Blood, and Vessels
Your cardiovascular system selects:
- copper (for heartbeats)
- sodium
- potassium
- phosphorus
- iron
Your Hormones and Mood
Your hormonal system (also supporting your emotions and moods) selects:
- iodine
- lithium
- cobalt
Your Blood Sugar
Your pancreas and blood sugar system selects:
- zinc
- manganese
- chromium
- vanadium
- molybdenum
- boron
Your Brain
Your brain selects:
- sodium
- copper
- sulfur
- germanium
- rubidium
- zirconium
So remember that as you eat or take your needed supplements, your body sends these nutrients throughout your body for your organs, tissues, and cells to select what they need to stay healthy just like you choose the healthiest foods on the cafeteria line.
