We’re turning the page to write a new chapter in our history – 2022 opened many doors – it was filled with new experiences, mistakes, and joy. As we move forward into a new year, learn from your experiences, don’t repeat the mistakes, and focus on multiplying your joy.
Your future is determined by your thoughts. Be as positive as you can, and don’t beat yourself up too badly if you make mistakes – learn from them so you can become stronger and wiser so that you don’t repeat them.
In 2023, focus on maintaining your intellect, self esteem, and independence. This sets you free to live and learn the lessens that this magnificent planet teaches you every day.
2022 provided the awareness for change in 2023, so prepare and stay humble and open-minded. Be ready to embrace changes for the better.
The birth of new ideas and experiences takes time – change and awareness grows inside of you like a fetus develops inside the womb. Give it time, but provide yourself the most loving, appreciative, and positive environment that you can.
Do your best, and remember not to be too hard on yourself.
Rest more, connect with Nature daily, go into prayer and meditation every day, smile and laugh more, eat pure foods, drink mostly water, and appreciate the little things.
