Your blood is a life source that keeps you alive, but keeping your blood clean and pure is more delicate than you realize.
Blood brings oxygen and nutrients to all parts of your body. Blood carries out carbon dioxide and other waste materials to be removed from your body. It fights infections and carries your hormones around.
This works great until your blood thickens with chemical toxins and cheap, rancid fats. Then, blood clots can form. If clots form, they can travel to other parts of your body and can cause serious conditions.
Certain medications can cause blood clotting, as well as a physical injury or a stroke.
We are hearing more about blood clots these days associated with the COVID 19 vaccine debacle. But this topic is stuck amid the politics of medicine … so let’s circle back to general blood toxins.
Under normal circumstances, your body will naturally dissolve a smaller blood clot on its own, but if the blood toxins are too high, if the clot is too large, or if circumstances exist that the body cannot overcome, the lungs can collapse, which results in heart failure.
We are seeing this with an increase in sudden deaths today.
That said, there are ways that you can prevent blood clots and ways you can treat them.
One way uses a key component in my Detox Program – and in any good Detox Program, for that matter – it’s using pure B3 niacin.
Ways To Cleanse Your Blood
Medications
There are medications prescribed to thin the blood and help dissolve blood clots called anticoagulants.
- Heparin (®)
- Warfarin
- Dabigatran
- Apixaban
- Rivaroxaban
Baby aspirin is commonly prescribed to thin the blood, but interestingly, aspirin robs your body of magnesium, which is a heart nutrient. Hence, I don’t agree with taking aspirin longterm.
B3 Niacin
Niacin is Nature’s blood thinner. B3 niacin is proven to regulate blood sugar; it is needed in the synthesis of sex hormones, and detoxifies the body of many drugs and chemicals.
B3 assists in healthy mental function, and is necessary for red blood cell formation and blood circulation.
B3 niacin can lower your cholesterol and is a vasodilator. It assists in the maintenance of skin, nerve, and blood vessels, keeping your skin vibrant and your blood clean. Niacin is involved in the normal secretion of bile and stomach fluids and is used for the production of hydrochloric acid, critical for healthy food digestion.
Like the other B vitamins do, B3 helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and protein. If you are toxic or drink alcohol daily, you may have an increased need for the B vitamins and an extra B3 niacin. The elderly and individuals with hyperthyroidism also require higher doses of niacin.
What a brilliant detox vitamin this is!
Nutritional Foods And Supplements
The following foods support your liver and kidney’s ability to cleanse and filter out waste and toxins from your blood, and this serves as a natural blood clot prevention program that you can easily adopt into your lifestyle:
- water
- cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts)
- blueberries
- cranberries
- coffee
- garlic
- grapefruit
- apples
Detox
Adopt a detox program into your daily lifestyle to not only help prevent blood clotting, but to prevent many blood diseases caused by blood toxins. Detox for 10 days to 2 weeks every 3 months or so. You can download my 10-Steps To Detoxification ebook for free – learn all you can about detoxing regularly to maintain your health.
- get plenty of good rest at night;
- exercise at least 30 minutes everyday;
- eat a diet rich in prebiotics and probiotics;
- keep your digestive system healthy and have at least one bowel movement every day;
- get a hair analysis to discover what toxins may be circulating throughout your bloodstream;
- detox consistently.
Toxins Make Clots
Many times heavy metals take time to remove, especially if they have embedded within deep tissues; so stay patient and give your body the time it needs to excrete toxins slowly and safely.
The neat thing about natural remedies is you get to judge for yourself what works best for you.
How To Use Niacin
Your goal when taking niacin is to feel a very mild flush or light tingle on your skin.
If you have more toxins than niacin, you may not feel a burn or a flushing sensation at the capillaries on your skin. With flush-free brands, you’ll never feel a flush, so avoid all flush-free choices.
If you need to increase your daily intake of pure niacin to feel a flush, you are increasing the amount of B3 in relation to your toxic load – and this is what you want to do to cleanse your blood.
When you have more niacin than toxins present in your blood, you WILL feel the flush within 10 to 20 minutes after taking it. This is how you know how much niacin your body needs to keep your blood clean.
Niacin is not found in corn, so if you eat a lot of corn-based foods, you are most likely deficient in B3. In 1942, niacin was added to enriched flour and other commercially made products, but this doesn’t give your body the B3 that it needs to be a blood cleanser.
Don’t Panic
Do not panic if you turn red or your heart beats rapidly after taking niacin; this is a sign that your blood is indeed cleansing and that blood toxins are being removed from your bloodstream.
Note: If an elevated heart rate continues for more than an hour or more, you certainly want to check into why the flush did not restore your normal heart rate shortly after the niacin was activated.
To break through deep, heavy toxic layers, you can take as much as 500 mg of pure niacin up to 3 times a day. Never take more than 500 mg of pure niacin at one time, though – I do not recommend taking more than 1,500 mg daily.
Be patient, and take your cleansing slowly.
Niacin Foods
Niacin is found naturally in:
-
- Brewer’s yeast
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Cheese
- Dandelion greens
- Dates
- Eggs
- Fish
- Milk
- Nuts
- Pork
- Potatoes
- Tomatoes
- Wheat germ
Nature provides the tools we all need to stay healthy. Niacin is Nature’s blood cleanser. If you’ve had the jab or are simply worried about blood clots, try niacin before getting on meds.

Here’s to your good health!
NOTE: Be cautious when taking more than 50 mg. of niacin if you are taking blood thinners or using any blood pressure medication because it will thin your blood too much at one time. If on medications, you may want to inform your medical doctor to let him or her know that you are taking a pure niacin supplement. Don’t be surprised if your medical adviser is not familiar with niacin or the detoxification process, as most AMA medical schools do not recognize the importance of nutrition.
