I have said over and over again, when it comes to restoring your health and wellness, you must first find the root cause. Once you have identified what is causing your life to go off-track, you can remove that cause and better restore your health and wellness.
This applies to everything in your life.
So, don’t just watch what’s going on around you today – make sure that you really SEE what’s going on. This way you can understand it, remove what’s causing it, and restore health and wellness.
