Q: Muscle Cramps Every Day
Hi Dr. Hull. I am writing you to ask why do I sometimes get as many as 30-40 cramps a day? They occur anywhere on my body, except on my hands and arms. They seem to happen in my legs the most. I can be incapacitated for as long as 45-60 minutes sometimes. Help! My doctor doesn’t know why. Surprised?
A: From Dr. Hull
Muscle cramps are typically caused by one of more of these things:
- a lack of essential nutrients
- toxins in your body
- a reaction to diet sweeteners, especially aspartame
- too many vaccines, especially the COVID vaccines
I suggest getting a hair analysis to stop guessing if it’s #1, #2 or all of the above. A hair test will show both any toxins present in your body and it will show what your essential nutrient levels are. This way we can see what’s going on and hopefully fix it.
When I had my aspartame reaction, I had very painful shooting pains going up my right leg. They stopped after I got off ALL aspartame, and I have never had a pain since.
I avoid ALL diet sweeteners; stevia is safe to use, but I even avoid that, too. I just don’t like the taste of any sugar substitute.
You’ll figure this out as you eliminate all possible causes that you may be currently exposed to, and as I have written extensively, I suggest a hair analysis so you’re not guessing and then detox. Never forget that you’re as smart as your doctors – well, smarter these days at the looks of it.
The Best In Health,
Janet Hull
