Good health starts with your mental attitude. Today, social issues are creating a lot of stress, and this will affect your health. So my advice is to just observe the whacky things going on around you – don’t absorb them.
This doesn’t mean that you ignore stressful issues or avoid taking action to resolve your problems – it means that you should avoid absorbing stress into your mental state as you find ways to lessen your stress.
The growing cost of the industrialization of food is a perfect example. The rising price of food is stressful. It’s an understatement to say nutrition today is not what it used to be, and this contributes to, if not causes, an increase in disease.
To avoid absorbing this stress every time you go to the market, come up with a less stressful solution – find a local farmer, or start growing your own food and get some chickens. Find your own solution that produces less stress.
Fundamental health knowledge comes from learning and observing the changes around you – changes that can affect your health. This way, you can learn how to make things better.
If you absorb the fear or tension surrounding you, you tend to make irrational decisions; decisions that don’t secure longterm health and wellness.
A well-balanced lifestyle is critical for everyone. Avoid absorbing stress, worry, chaos, and fear.
A good attitude combined with a balanced diet and a disciplined exercise program can keep you on a natural path to good health. Spend time outdoors in Nature. Get back to the basics.
Always remember that to maintain emotional and physical health, simply observe what’s going on around you. Don’t absorb it.
