Let me share something that I do every time I do a hair analysis to help people determine why they are sick. I always ask why?
Let’s say that you have Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), and your doctor prescribes steroid injections to settle down your pain, but did he ever ask why do you have RA?
Always ask why because disease doesn’t come out of nowhere. Something is causing it. Everything has a cause and an effect.
You are having headaches. WHY?
Your cholesterol is high. WHY?
There is a prescribed drug for just about anything, but go down the rabbit hole deeper than just subduing the symptoms. Always ask why did this happen? Remove the cause, detox, restore the nutrients that are depleted, and see how you feel.
Here’s An Example
Let’s look at your headaches. Something is behind that headache – headaches just don’t come out of nowhere. No health issue comes out of nowhere.
- Are your hormones out of balance?
- Do you drink alcohol late at night?
- Do you still use artificial sweeteners?
- Are you on medications? (check the side effects)
- Are you elevated in a heavy metal, like arsenic or lead?
Again, something is causing this headache – find it.
If your doctor tells you that you have a “disease syndrome”, simply ask why? If they glaze over with no answers to provide you, go search for them on your own.
Find the answers to what is causing your health symptoms. Always ask why is this happening? What is causing this?
This is how you can heal! Remove the cause, and boom – your health can restore.
Never stop asking why!
