I’ve noticed that people who are in optimal physical shape have more severe reactions to chemicals. I’m talking about food chemicals, artificial sweeteners, medications, and vaccines.
You’d think that the better health you are in – the more you’d resist having affects from toxic chemicals.
Well, the better shape you are in means that your body will process a toxic chemical with a higher metabolism, and this means that it will react to chemicals immediately, and with a stronger reaction.
I first realized this when I got deathly ill from aspartame poisoning, I was very fit. I was a personal trainer, I taught fitness classes every week, and I jogged and worked out with weights on the days that I wasn’t teaching at the gym. As physically fit as I was, aspartame brought me down – and fast.
After I cured myself from a mis-diagnosis of Grave’s disease caused by aspartame, I continued to advance my aspartame research, and 6 weeks after I left the hospital, I returned to working-out regularly.
I was puzzled why I almost died from aspartame because I was rarely sick. I was young and in great physical shape.
That’s why I reacted so quickly and so dramatically.
Connect The Dots
It wasn’t hard to connect the dots – it was apparent that those who are in great physical shape, those who work-out regularly, and the athletes out there have one thing in common – they maintain an elevated heart rate when they “work out.” After all, this is why you exercise regularly – to strengthen your heart health and stamina.
This explains why we are witnessing professional athletes dropping like flies from reactions to the COVID vaccines – all collapsing while holding their chests in pain.
Always do your own research outside mainstream media, and while you are digging for information that may be hard to find, reflect on the athletes that have died and ask yourself why.
Elevated Heart Rate
You would think that people in optimal physical condition would not die when they reach a high heart rate. But when your heart rate is elevated, your circulation is accelerated, and toxins circulating within your bloodstream will be accelerated.
So, what’s the solution for healthy individuals?
Don’t stop exercising – simply stay away from all unnatural chemicals.
