Why have these disease syndromes increased over the past 30 years? Let’s just list a few causes:
- Chemicals in our food;
- GMO foods;
- The increase in vaccines;
- Dirty environments/human waste/pollution;
- Staying inside for long periods of time;
- Lack of exercise;
- The lack of vitamin D from sunshine;
- A dependence on pharmaceuticals;
- No medical solutions addressing the causes of depression and mental illness.
Solutions
- As an individual, YOU must address your problems, such as depression; don’t depend on someone else to fix this for you;
- Search for the root cause(s) of all disease symptoms;
- Detox to remove all possible causes of any adverse health reactions;
- Improve your diet;
- Exercise;
- Get outdoors in Nature every day;
- Get a good sleep each night – read before bed to get drowsy;
- Turn off the TV and all mainstream media;
- Maintain faith that you will restore your health.
If we do not take steps to lessen the known causes of disease, and if we do not return to a more basic lifestyle with healthier foods, this issue is not going away. So, take it upon yourself to design solutions to why you or someone you love is chronically ill.
