Chronic pain is no fun, to say the least, and until you have experienced chronic pain –really experienced it – it’s hard to relate to how debilitating it is. That said, there are things you can do about it.
Please watch my Healthy Alternatives segment on chronic pain – support us on Rumble, Spotify, Apple and Google Podcasts, and iHeart radio. Your views and likes help send the message that the shows have value, so thanks for your support, in advance.
When you watch the show, you’ll be inspired, whether you suffer with chronic pain or not.
Chronic Pain Isn’t A Syndrome
The allopathic medical community hasn’t advanced addressing the causes of chronic pain nor do they recognize healthy alternative ways to lessen chronic pain. The only solution they present to you is a lifetime dependency on pharmaceutical pain killers – and these can cause damage to your health over time.
I put chronic pain into 2 categories:
- your lifestyle cause and effect
- physical injuries
Lifestyle
Consider this: if you suffer with debilitating migraines, are you using aspartame and the other diet sweeteners? The #1 side effect from aspartame is a migraine. Are you taking your migraine medication with a diet cola?
Start re-educating yourself on the side-effects of the diet sweeteners and other toxic food chemicals, remove them from your life and see if the chronic pain goes away.
Have you been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia? Get a hair analysis and begin detoxing toxins embedded in your myalgia and replace the depleted nutrients identified on the hair analysis. Do this and see if the chronic pain goes away.
If you’ve been taking pain meds for decades, research the side effects of the medication itself, and connect the dots with your health symptoms. Research ways to wean from your meds, replace them with nutritional supplements proven to help the body like ASEA REDOX highlighted on Healthy Alternatives, and see if the chronic pain goes away.
I think you’re getting my point.
Physical Injury
Chronic pain is a different beast if you’ve had a car accident or fallen 4-stories off a ladder. You still focus on everything I listed above, but you should work with a good chiropractor, physical therapist, or massage therapist, too.
On the show, we talked with a brilliant physical therapist, as well as a former basketball player who lived with chronic back pain from sports injuries and multiple back surgeries until he started using ASEA.
Chronic pain does not have to turn into a debilitating health syndrome dependent on pharmaceutical pain killers just to make it through the day. Any relief is welcomed, but the more natural, the better.
Tune in and like the show – it’ll help keep getting this info out there.
