Did you know that every evening between 9 – 11 p.m. your body cleans your blood and disposes blood toxins into your lymph nodes for removal?
So, put your feet up and spend the evenings relaxing, reading, listening to music, or sleeping.
If you are eating dinner between 9 – 11 p.m., washing the dishes, getting the kids ready for bed, or out clubbing, then this can have a negative impact on your blood health, and it may be why you may be taking statins and blood pressure medication.
Cleaning Your Blood Is Like Changing The Oil In Your Car
Your bloodstream is like the oil in your car, and your lymph glands are like oil filters. Maybe this is a crude comparison (no pun intended), but it helps you understand that your circulation and your glands filter impurities from your blood, and your bloodstream operates like the oil in an engine.
- Just like getting an oil change, you should help your body out by cleaning your blood using a detox program and a liver cleanse at least twice every year;
- You don’t put shampoo into your gas tank, so stop ingesting toxic food chemicals like food colorings, diet sweeteners, and hydrogenated oils; these are blood pollutants;
- The best way to keep your engine from clogging is to run it, so make sure you exercise regularly, and try to sweat when you work out because this opens your pores and helps release toxins from your lymph nodes, particularly under your arms.
This isn’t hard to do, and it can keep your engine’s blood clean.
Your Immune System Is Your Body’s Engine
Your thymus gland, spleen and other body organs produce immune system cells. These cells are then carried throughout the body via the lymph vessels to the lymph nodes, which store the cells to create a barrier against infection.
Immune cells can be damaged by free radicals, which are unstable oxygen molecules in the body. Free radicals can be generated in dangerously high numbers by poor nutrition, X rays, alcohol, aspartame and other chemical sweeteners, cigarette smoke, and pollutants.
Vitamins help strengthen your immune system by neutralizing these cell-damaging particles. Exercise also helps maintain good health by promoting blood circulation and ensuring a plentiful supply of oxygen throughout your body.
So, sit down and put your feet up in the late evening, detox your blood system at least twice a year, and stay active during the day to keep your lymph system running like a clean engine!
