Hold on to your hats with the looming news that another strain of COVID is coming back to lock you down. Let’s work this out and outline a healthy strategy before they bring the ineffective masks out again.
Every year, we have different strains of the flu, so what’s the difference here? This is just another “strain” of COVID, just like annual flu strains.
If this new “strain” hasn’t been tampered with in a lab, treat it the same and build your immune system to prevent getting sick.
I am including COVID preventative supplements in this article, and these recommendations are coming from credible medical doctors trying to help prepare you for this “new strain.”
Q: Dear Dr. Hull
Now that a new “strain” of COVID is out there threatening to mask us up again, what do you suggest I do to avoid getting sick again?
I don’t want to mask up, I don’t want to be locked in my house again, I don’t want my kids freaked out again, and I certainly don’t want my employer to mandate another toxic vaccine.
Help!
A: From Dr. Hull
Great question and thanks for being proactive with this newest round of COVID panic.
There are new nutritional recommendations coming out every day. Thank you for contacting me because I filter through the recommendations to focus on the best. Anything that builds your immune system will help, but some are much better than others because they specifically address the spike protein in the COVID variant.
Here is the list to keep in the medicine cabinet if you catch COVID – again – or have been exposed:
- Nattokinase (na-tow-kuh-nayz; derived from fermented soy) 100 mg 2x a day
- Bromelain (stomach enzyme found in pineapple) 500 mg 1x a day
- Curcumin (derived from turmeric) 500 mg 2x a day
- Ivermectin
- Quercetin
- NAC
I consistently use these supplements below at least 5 times a week for on-going immune support:
- zinc piccolinate
- vitamin C
- vitamin D
- pure Carlson brand B3 Niacin
- ASEA Redox (I use the liquid daily)
If you’ve had the COVID vaccinations, B3 Niacin can assist your heart and blood by keeping your blood clean and thin, which helps prevent blood clotting. Also use the supplements above to increase your natural immunity, but the nattokinase, bromelain, and curcumin are being shown to remove the spike protein from your body.
Research now shows that the COVID vaccines contain barium, iron, cobalt, titanium, aluminum, sulfur, thallium, and Moderna’s vaccine also contains antimony. So, consider having a hair analysis done to make sure that you are not toxic in these metals – this will help support your immune system too.
Stay safe and well!
