I hope you can help me. I have had a very bad reaction from getting 3 of the COVID vaccines. I reacted to the first vaccine by getting a swollen arm and feeling sick to my stomach. My arm turned red and got really hot. I got dizzy if I stood up too fast, and felt nauseated for a couple of days.
The same thing happened after my second shot, but it was worse and lasted about a week.
After my 3rd shot, I was in bed with COVID for 2 weeks. I had shortness of breath, a rapid heart beat, and no energy. I couldn’t keep anything down, and had severe diarrhea. I had my 3rd shot about 4 months ago, but I haven’t restored my energy level, and I am still having digestion problems and an upset stomach after I eat sometimes.
I also am very short of breath if I just walk upstairs. I have to hold on to the wall because I’m dizzy, too. I’m getting kinda scared, and my doctor doesn’t have any answers for me. He gave me some prescriptions to help with the dizziness, and suggested a nebulizer, but so far, it hasn’t made much of a difference.
Thank you for any advice you can give me. I don’t know what to do.

The best advice for anyone vaccinated today is to detox – both before and after your vaccines – but be very diligent not to shock your body. If you’ve had a bad reaction to a vaccine, as you have had, take detoxing slowly.
Detoxing will help your immune system after you get vaccinated, and using preventative medicine, eating healthy, exercising, taking supplements, and staying positive can help you avoid negative reactions to many vaccines.
I have written extensively about detoxing, and you can go to my website and download my 10-Steps To Detoxification ebook for free to learn about detoxing safely, and how to weave an easy detoxing protocol into your lifestyle.
The best thing to do in situations like this is to detox on and off until all of your health symptoms have lessened or completely disappeared.
- Clean up your environment and return to a more natural lifestyle;
- Take LESS meds if you can and replace them with healthy supplements;
- Go to bed early and get the best night’s sleep that you can;
- Stay active, and I know this can be challenging when you feel bad and have no energy, and get dizzy, so start slowly. Moving your body will increase your oxygen levels, and you will actually have more energy after exercising; start with slowly walking down the street where you live;
- Get a hair analysis to expose any other toxins present and to see your essential nutrient levels.
It’s time to implement the right solutions to disease; have faith that there are ways to prevent future illness.
