If you dust your house or wash your car, you also need to clean your body.
If you don’t dust, you’ll have allergies, and if you don’t keep your car’s engine clean, you will be in and out of the mechanic because both will get a build-up of dust, dirt, and toxic chemical residue.
Well, it’s the same with your body.
Our food and environments are becoming more and more polluted over time, and if you don’t regularly ‘clean’ things up, disease has a perfect environment to grow.
You’ll be healthier if you clean where you live. And you’ll stay healthy if you keep your body clean.
We are products of our environment and what we eat.
People are progressively more misinformed about the fundamentals of food and eating, and more people are diseased as the result.
Today, we are products of the threat of chemical warfare, pandemics, and mystery inoculations. Polluted foods, polluted water, polluted air, pollute our health.
So, what do you do?
Detox!
Clean your house. Change the oil in your car. Sweep your sidewalks. Clean your body.
Don’t Eat Technology
It’s important to remember that your body has not “kept up” with technology. You certainly shouldn’t eat technology! But that is happening today as a result of manufactured foods, artificial sweeteners, and pandemics.
This very second, your physical body is functioning exactly the way humans functioned 6,000 years ago. Because we are the same today as in the past, it is critical to eat the same as in years past.
You need to keep your environment clean to avoid exposure to viruses and other unnatural poisons, and you should support your body’s natural immune system as much as possible.
Today, we have adopted one of the most unnatural lifestyles known to mankind.
Cancer rates and cardiovascular disease in the United States are among the highest in the world, and our dependency on medicine represents the third leading cause of death in the United States – unnecessary surgeries, medication errors in hospitals, infections in hospitals, and the negative effects of drugs.
There are over 70,000 chemicals used in commercial production in the United States today. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has classified 65,000 of them as potentially hazardous to human health.
Over 6,000 new chemicals are tested every week, and more than 14,000 of these chemicals have been approved for and are found in the public food supply. Over 700 chemicals are added to public drinking water, and more than 10,000 other compounds are found in public foods for food processing and storage purposes.
Get out your cleaning supplies. Keep your house dusted, pick up trash on the street and on the beaches, keep your car or truck engine clean, and make sure to keep your body detoxed.
