Changes are ahead, and it’s important to prepare your health. Get strong. Get healthy. This way you can weather the storm.

Detox. When you remove the stressors making your body work harder than it needs to work, you can take the load off your immune system. This makes it easier to stay healthy if the supply chain breaks down and the grocery shelves are empty.
There are lots of detox programs out there, but I offer my 10-Steps To Detoxification eBook for free on my website. No strings attached.
Just enter your email so you can download it. My supplier for the French Green Clay has changed, but I have written many articles where you can get some of the best sources out there today.
The key to detoxing is to stay consistent with it. Detoxing is like deep cleaning your house or changing the oil in your car. If you don’t get all the dust bunnies out, they simply change places but they’re still there.
Detoxing deep tissues takes patience, and all toxins have different specific weights. For example, aluminum is easier to remove than lead because aluminum is lighter than lead.
It takes longer to get the lead out!
Speaking of lead – if you are still exposed to a toxin that’s high in your hair, as you detox it out, it will go right back in. Let’s say that you are high in lead because you live in a 150 year old historic house. The water in your lead pipes will go right back into your body in the shower or in a hot bath, or when you use tap water to cook.
It’s important to know what toxins you are detoxing because this helps you know if your toxins are from years ago or if you’re currently exposed to them. This way, you can remove the source!
How do you know what toxins you have been exposed to? Get a hair analysis.

The hair analysis is probably the MOST important diagnostic tool in the health field. Coroners use it in forensic medicine, and if it can determine the cause of death, it certainly can show you what may be causing your health problems.
I use the hair analysis results for the living before you get sick.
The hair analysis will show what toxins are burdening your immune system, and what your essential nutrient levels are. This is how you know which vitamins and trace minerals your body needs to stay healthy.
The key to the hair analysis is knowing how to interpret it. I was blessed to be taught by old-school nutritionists who knew real nutrition before Big Pharma skewed everything with toxic drugs. Plus, I am an environmental engineer by degree, so my job was identifying toxins in the environment, removing them, and restoring the natural balance in the ecosystems.
Your body is a natural ecosystem no different than those found in Nature.
After I was diagnosed with Grave’s disease in 1991, I applied my skills to my own health, and I was able to recover from an “incurable disease diagnosis” in 6-weeks.
I am proof that it can be done! This is when I designed my 10-Steps To Detoxification program – I used it to heal myself.
It works if you stick with it.

Take your supplements. Back in the day when our food quality was natural and was grown from quality seeds in healthy soils, we didn’t need vitamin and mineral supplements like we need them today.
If food gets scarce, you can actually live on a whole foods vitamin for a while.
And, taking a vitamin replete with the trace minerals is important because the trace minerals are probably more important than the multivitamin if you have to choose between the two. Your body really needs trace minerals, and you can bet that the soils today are not rich in trace minerals anymore.
Think GMOs.

Drink mostly water throughout the day. You can add electrolytes or fresh fruits to your water, and this helps avoid the water belly and makes drinking only water more fun.
Keep plenty of extra water around, and if it’s in plastic jugs, store it in a place that is not too hot or transfer it into glass bottles, if possible.
#5
PREPARE! Have extra vitamins, extra medications, and plenty of water and storable foods on hand. If you have pets, have an extra bag or two of their food, too. And don’t forget about extra toilet paper – I will never forget what that was like during the COVID lockdowns.
Never again!
If you prepare for the changes ahead, you will be able to survive the transition coming with less stress. You can better protect your health, help your loved ones, and protect your precious pets.
Check out my archives for articles I have written concerning the detox program and the detox vitamins, the importance of water, and survival protocols.
Prepare for the changes coming. If the grocery shelves empty, you can weather the storm.
Stay positive and protect your health!
