It’s unfortunate, but we live in a very polluted world these days. I call it “messing in our nest.” We’ve done this to ourselves, though. We don’t recycle properly, we unnecessarily add toxic chemicals to our foods, our body products, and to our medications and vaccines … chemicals that we really don’t need.
The only thing we can do until we stop eating and drinking toxins is to remove them. You change the oil in your car and clean your house and office, so clean your body, too.
Detox regularly, and dedicate the time to keep your body clean all year long. Adopting better health takes time, and detoxing is a wonderful way to manage your health in a toxic world.
Detox As A Lifestyle
I constantly detox. I rotate my cleanses, and I am always detoxing for those hidden, unknown pollutants.
Throughout every year, I do a:
- liver cleanse,
- colon cleanse,
- parasite cleanse,
- heavy metal cleanse.
My primary tool that I use is the French Green clay, but vitamin C and B3 niacin are very important detoxing tools, too. I keep my detox vitamins in the pantry within reach all of the time!
Stop And Drop
Stay consistent when following any detoxification program because you don’t want to get toxins on the run and then stop and drop them inside of your body somewhere else. Take the time to remove the chemical food toxins and environmental pollutants that have accumulated inside of you.
My 10 Steps To Detoxification Program is a detox program I created to cure myself of a near-fatal thyroid disease caused by aspartame poisoning. The program is a wonderful and easy way to cleanse your body, and I recommend detoxing at least 4 times every year.

Detoxing is an investment in your health, and detoxing has little to no toxic side-effects, other than keeping you healthy.
Detoxing is safe for children and for your pets, and if you can keep it going as a lifestyle program, you can remove toxins and man-made pollutants that you have been exposed to, with or without you realizing it.
Until we move away from the pollutants that we use in our technology, weapons of war, and foods, all you can do is remove them by detoxing. It’s worth the time and trouble.
