I smile every time someone says geranium instead of germanium, but everyone does it. Germanium has some powerful qualities for good health, but this rare earth mineral is commonly overlooked … and it’s commonly mislabeled for a flowering plant.
You can can ingest geranium flowers, but heads up – they are toxic to dogs, cats, and horses. Geraniums are one of many flowers whose petals have been harvested to create tea, spice blends, and oils. But, I am talking about the the mineral germanium.
Germanium is a trace mineral powerhouse.
Germanium increases the circulation of blood to your brain, it supports your immune system, and it is an antioxidant that removes heavy metals.
Germanium helps with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), general body pain, weak bones (osteoporosis), low energy, and can help with AIDS.
Your Magnetic Field
Germanium is used in the semiconductor industry because it is magnetic. When combined with small amounts of arsenic, gallium, indium, antimony or phosphorus, germanium is used to make transistors in electronic devices. It is also used to create alloys and as a phosphor in fluorescent lamps.
Your body also uses it for conduction.
Here’s my point – if germanium is highly magnetic and used in transistors, it’s also magnetic inside of your body. When it’s combined with arsenic, antimony, and phosphorus (also needed by your body in organic forms), it works even better to detox your body and stimulate many health benefits.
Really? How does it work?
Well, YOU have a magnetic field pulsating inside and outside of your body. Your body produces complex electrical activity in your neurons, your endocrine system, and within your muscle cells.
As all electricity does, this movement creates a magnetic field. So, germanium energizes your health in many ways.
Do YOU know what your germanium levels are? It might be a good thing to find out.
Food Sources
Small amounts of germanium are found in certain minerals and many plant products including:
- mushrooms
- garlic
- ginseng
- aloe
- comfrey
Most of the foods containing germanium aid digestion.
Your Levels Today
The hair analysis shows what your germanium levels are. It also shows your arsenic antimony, and phosphorus levels.
If you’re low in energy or have brain fog, this might be why.
I can tell on a hair analysis if your body is out of balance in these elements, and this can answer many health questions, especially if you are having issues with your kidneys, RA, low sex drive, or memory loss.
It’s always good to do whatever you can to better support your immune system.
Especially today.
This powerful, rare mineral is an antioxidant that supports strong health. There’s no better time than now to find out what your germanium level is.
At the very least, add more fresh mushrooms with garlic to your dinner tonight. and then go to the garden center and buy yourself a beautiful pink geranium plant.
