No new cell phone, electric car or new pair of shoes will secure your happiness in 2025 like your health can. For the New Year, focus on your health above anything.
Everyone knows that I am a “health detective” and I have been identifying the root causes of health symptoms and disease since 1991 when I got deathly ill from aspartame poisoning. Before that, I was an environmental engineer identifying how to cleans toxins spilled in the environment. Identifying toxins is my game.
If you read my book Sweet Poison, you will understand my passion because identifying the toxin at the root of my illness in 1991 was what saved my life.
In today’s polluted world, and with the increasing mandates to get vaccines like children’s vaccines, I can’t stress enough how important it is to identify the toxins inside of you so you can prevent disease in the future.
Think about this – How can you cure a disease if you don’t know what is causing it?
You can’t.
It’s easier to play health detective than it is going to your doctor all of the time, having blood drawn and expensive CAT scans that provide no answers.
Try searching first for the cause of your health symptoms.
What Will It Tell You?
If your hair could talk, what would it tell you?
Your hair absorbs toxins from the outside world. If these toxins are environmental, like car pollution, they typically wash down your shower drain, but if your exposure to food toxins is chronic (like drinking diet colas daily for many years), the toxins are most probably absorbing into your body and circulating in your blood.
As toxins circulate, they expose your blood, organs, and cells to toxicity.
Your hair absorbs the toxins that are stuck inside of you as they try to excrete. Toxins, also known as free-radicals, have no purpose. If your body can’t use everything that you eat or drink as a nutrient, it will throw it into the trash bin, sending it on its way out of your body.
You’ll either sweat the toxins out through your skin, poop them out, or vomit them up. You might think that you’re getting ill, but this is how your body flushes toxins out so you don’t get sick.
Healing While You Sleep
Your body cleanses and repairs itself at night while you are sleeping because you are out of its way, and this is when your body can take care of business much more efficiently.
Your body heals all wounds, such as cuts and broken bones, when you are asleep. This is why you sleep a lot when you are sick or injured.
Your body provides an efficient garbage pick-up service – after a good night’s sleep, the first thing in the morning it dumps the trash – excreting waste through your urine, fecal matter, skin, nails and hair. Oxygen and detox agents circulate through your blood and water, removing the trash – all the chemicals that your body can’t use.
Once your toxins are removed and the trash is dumped out, you remove the root causes of many diseases, unless you are exposed daily to these toxins, and don’t detox. Diet cola anyone? Have you have your latest, 100th COVID jab?
The Hair Analysis
The beauty of the hair analysis is that it’ll tell you if you are currently exposed to toxins that you have no clue you are exposed to – environmental toxins and food toxins.
If the toxins inside of you aren’t flushed down the toilet or washed away in the shower, they will remain trapped inside of your body. As they try to excrete, they’ll find their way into your hair follicles, and this is what can be seen in a hair analysis.
The hair analysis got its start in forensic science, and this changed the world by identifying the cause of death in an autopsy. Andrew Jackson is a perfect example. They exhumed his body and determined that he died of arsenic poisoning.
Many alternative practitioners, like me, use this science to determine the cause of disease before you need an autopsy – get a hair analysis before you die when you are alive and well. This can prolong your life by determining the root cause of hidden disease and chronic health symptoms. This is a great way to avoid disease in your future, and a way to live a happy and healthy life.
What Your Hair Is Telling You
Because of my background as an environmental engineer, I know how to spot which toxins are affecting the nutrients that nourish your different body functions.
Out of the numerous essential vitamins and trace minerals found on this planet, each one has a specific job to do inside of your body.
Calcium and magnesium, for example, need to be in a 1:1 ratio to efficiently support your bones, nerve health, and collagen production. But calcium and magnesium have nothing to do with your pancreas and the production of insulin. Those nutrients are chromium, vanadium, molybdenum, and zinc.
Healthy nutrients do not compete with one another, either.
Listen To Your Body
At the end of the day, if you are experiencing health symptoms, old or new, become a health detective and spend your time searching for the answers before your health symptoms become a bigger problem.
If you listen to your body, and let your hair tell you what is going on inside of you, you can start a wellness journey that will guide you in the right direction.
