Out with the bad and in with the good. That’s my philosophy when detoxing.
When you detox, you are removing toxins from your body – that’s the goal. Your body won’t use toxins for food or fuel, and hence, toxins will remain undigested.
They then circulate through your bloodstream and deposit in your tissues and organs, and this causes disease and pesky health symptoms.
As you remove the toxins (which are bad), and replace the spaces where they once deposited with healthy substances (which is good), your body can then heal and repair on its own fruition.
This is what I consider natural healing.
And, you can do this. Many people have.
Detox Foods
When detoxing, it’s important to know WHAT you are detoxing, if possible. You need to know WHAT is making you sick – radiation, arsenic, mercury or aluminum, for example.
This is where the hair analysis comes in.
Then, you must remove the toxins, both inside and outside of your body, and replace where the toxins have been with healthy nutrients.
Which nutrients are these, you might ask?
This is where the 10-Step Detox Program comes in.
There’s a lot to learn because there’s a lot to know.
The hair analysis will show 32 essential nutrient levels, and this way you’ll know what your body needs to regain its health (and you won’t waste money on supplements that you don’t really need).
Eating the right kind of foods when detoxing provides your body the nutrients that it needs to heal correctly.
Detox Program and Video Series
Teaching people the ins and outs of detoxing is an education, no doubt. As a college professor, I am good at teaching and writing, so I published an instructional detox book, and I make educational videos about the ins and outs of detoxing.
Detoxing is a new way of thinking and learning how the body really works, and about what tools it needs to maintain its own health.
Do you know what to do when toxins are present? Or how to react when they come out of your body?
