Options. Confidence. Positivity. Answers.
These are some things that you should receive when you counsel with a good nutritionist.
If you have been diagnosed with a disease, or if you are recovering from an illness, I highly recommend contacting a good nutritionist, holistic practitioner, or naturopath.
It’s funny to me that traditional medical doctors don’t seem as willing to work with alternative practitioners as good nutritionists are willing to work with your doctor.
Funny how that works out.

When you are dealing with health issues, you do have many options available to you. When I was diagnosed with Grave’s disease, my internist didn’t give me any options. While in the hospital, he wanted me to make an immediate decision to destroy my thyroid, sign up for a lifetime of taking medications, commit to a continuous stream of blood tests, and depend on him if his solution didn’t work.
I wanted options.
I had to find them myself.
This is what I did. I searched for my options. I explored every option out there; Some options made sense, and others didn’t feel right to me, but I didn’t stop looking until I found the right options for me, and they worked.
I found a good nutritionist, and I cured myself of an incurable case of Grave’s disease.
My nutritionist helped me find answers, and he gave me confidence that I could, and indeed did, heal myself.
I’ve been perfectly healthy ever since. I still have my thyroid, I am not on any medications, and I do not go to the doctor anymore because I am never sick.
Funny how that works out.
Confidence
A good nutritionist should make you feel confident that you are making good decisions when searching for ways to improve your health.
How many times have your doctors made you feel like a fool when you asked them a question or asked them about alternative solutions that you wanted to try?
Don’t get me wrong, many doctors are wonderful and they have an important part to play in health and wellness. But, they are just a piece of the whole puzzle – they are not the only option or the end-all-solution. Just because your docs are docs and you are not doesn’t mean that they know your body better than you do.
They are counselors offering their solutions, based on their experiences. You have the same right to defend your ideas and opinions.
Remember, anyone can be a doctor if they choose to be.
Many will shame you if you try alternatives, so stay confident if you challenge your docs, and remember that you have the right to try alternatives that they do not understand.
Positivity
If you have been challenged with a disease or illness, are you positive about the outcome or negative?
Hey, this important choice is up to you.
I am a big believer in the mind-body connection, and I feel that a positive outlook is a huge factor in success.
There are solutions out there, you know. Look at your glass half full; not half empty.
Consider chronic pain as an example, which is a big issue today because of the opioid problem in the United States.
Learn about your options using natural pain alternatives, such as CBD oil, and stay positive that you will discover solutions to improve your health, and keep a positive outlook that things will get better.
Answers
I have always believed that you truly can’t fix anything if you don’t know WHY it’s broken.
If you are sick or have been diagnosed with an illness, and especially if your doctors do not know WHY you are sick, you are the one who must find the answers – answers that can reveal how to fix your problem.
This is how I cured an incurable diagnosis of Grave’s disease.
This is why I am such a firm believer in the hair analysis.
The hair analysis provides answers. It worked for me.
Here are some ways that you can find some answers:
- Talk to people who have experienced your same situation, and gather options from their experiences.
- Speak with the elderly – they always have wisdom and great advice.
- Shop your doc – search for a doctor, alternative or traditional, who is willing to work with you, and provide you with some different answers and alternative solutions.
- Avoid the Negative- Nellies. Surround yourself with only positive people who will support your efforts, courage, and intellect.
Stay positive. If the things that you try don’t work, then search for another option, and then another. Don’t stop searching; dig for answers until you find the ones that work for you.
Everyone is different, so what works for you may not work for your next door neighbor. But, at least you are searching, learning, and improving your situation.
When you counsel with a good nutritionist, these are things that you should expect; my #1 recommendation if you are challenged with an illness is to face the fear of failure.
