I love the nutty taste of Almond Sauce, especially when I am making Chinese or Thai.
Here’s a great sauce and salad dressing recipe to keep in the fridge when you’re craving that Thai taste:
Almond Sauce
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp sesame oil
Juice from lemon or lime
1 cup Organic Vegetable stock
Sweeten to taste, if desired
Directions
Add together garlic, ginger, sesame oil, lemon or lime
juice, vegetable stock, and sweetener.
Whisk in Almond Butter until it is fully mixed.
Add more stock if consistency is too thick.
Refrigerate for at least (1) hour.
Use on salmon or on cooked veggies.
Almond Salad Dressing
Add more stock to make a yummy salad dressing.
