Recently, I received an email from a gal who was told she needed gall bladder surgery.
She is 5’5″ and weighs 160 lbs.
I’m not real fat,” she wrote, “but I am over weight. I have a lot of muscle behind the fat, I am 58 years old, and I take no medication at all. I can say that I am in fairly good health, but I do not exercise regularly like I use to.”
She recently had a severe gall bladder attack that sent her to the emergency room, and she was wondering if there is anything that she can do to keep from having her gall bladder removed.
Avoiding Gall Bladder Surgery
Gall bladder issues can be very serious if the gall stones have hardened – they can tear your intestinal lining as they try to excrete when they are hard and spiny. But, if your stones are still mushy cholesterol balls, you can pass them fairly easily and spare yourself surgery.
I used the following gall bladder cleanse after I was diagnosed with Grave’s disease (actually, aspartame poisoning) in 1991. My doctor thought I was nuts when I took a cup of quarter-sized gall stones to show him during an office visit once – LOL
I did this cleanse in large doses over one weekend and lowered my cholesterol over 70 points! The aspartame and the processed diet that I was eating at the time was making me really sick. I also lost 30 pounds after I removed the diet sweeteners and did this cleanse.
I’m pretty hard core, so I don’t recommend doing this cleanse as quickly as I did. I recommend doing the cleanse in smaller doses over a longer period of time, unless you’re well informed on how this cleanse works.
Do your homework on the many, various liver and gall bladder cleanses available. And find a buddy you can talk to – it’s easier to do when someone is there to cheer you on.
I highly recommend this little book: The Shocking Truth About Cholesterol by Dr. William F. Welles. Library of Congress #90-90197 ISBN. This is one of the best books out there on this cleanse; I hope that it is still in print.
Here’s The Cleanse I Used
Olive Oil and Lemon Juice cleanse for your liver and gall bladder:
Age old remedy that really works to promote bile flow and to cleanse the liver and gall bladder of polyps. (Very important note –if your gall bladder has been removed, bile still pushes into the scar tissue where the gall bladder used to be. Treat this area as if the gall bladder was still present, and cleanse the tissue area accordingly.)
To prepare: juice ½ lemon and add 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil. Mix together in a cup of warm water and drink in the morning before breakfast. Do every other day. Bowel movements will increase as bile is removed.
Note: take this cleanse slowly but do it consistently. If stones are present,, the stones can irritate the intestinal lining as they excrete if they have hardened. Typically, small and newer stones are mushy balls of cholesterol.
You’ll see that it’s working when you flush the toilet. Be patient and consistent when you do detoxes such as this. Don’t stop before all your balls of cholesterol are washed down the drain.
Enjoy the results.
