Eat raw.
No, I’m not suggesting tar-tar (raw meat), but uncooked foods are generally more healthy (and natural) as opposed to cooked foods.
Raw foods contain the enzymes needed for the digestion of the food. Ideally, no meal should be eaten that is fully cooked.
Animal and human studies have shown that when you eat a fully cooked meal with nothing raw available, your body treats that food as a foreign invader and builds antibodies in your blood against the food.
These antibodies are a second component of your immune system. When at least 75 percent of your meal is raw, no antibodies appear in the blood.
Therefore, at least 75 percent of every one of your meals should be raw.
This percentage of raw food can ideally be increased to 100% if you seek the reversal of allergies, cancer, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis or other diseases that require a toxic load be eliminated in order to heal.

An Old-School Nutritional Tip
You will probably be surprised, but the most nourishing food known to man and animals is liver, but be choosy where you purchase liver.
I personally do not like eating liver, so I cheat with supplements. Quality health food stores carry predigested raw, desiccated liver tablets, which are great.
These packaged forms of liver are made from beef or buffalo liver that have never been given antibiotics, growth hormones, pesticides or herbicides.
And liver will not cause constipation like most iron supplements can.
If you need more iron, the average dosage is 9 tablets a day, and approximately 13.5 grams for cancer patients, which can rapidly build the health of your body’s liver – the main organ for detoxification and an integral part of your immune system.
In nature, a predator will eat the liver first from its prey because the liver houses the most blood and blood nutrients of any body organ in the body. Yep, that includes your heart.
Eating liver helps restore a healthy liver.
Eating right is vital to good health because food provides the fuel you need to stay alive. Food converts into raw energy. All food passes through the same set of reactions, whether it is a fast food hamburger or a raw, organic carrot, but enzymes are always needed.
Typically, foods manufactured in a laboratory don’t contain enough healthy enzymes (if any at all), so your body has to supply them. When your enzymes (and nutrients) are depleted (and cancer also depletes nutrients), you must replenish your enzymes.
You can’t do this eating fast foods, not with fat-free, sugar-free food substitutes, and not eating manmade food replacements. You replace food enzymes by eating raw, whole foods, and supplementing with natural organic vitamins.
Only with the essential elements from whole foods can you maintain the proper supply of the parts that keep the machinery going.

Some good food sources loaded in digestive enzymes are:
- Aloe vera
- Honey
- Juiced or powdered greens such as wheat grass and barley
- Garlic
- Papaya
- Pineapple
