When you ingest a toxin, your body has to work harder to eliminate it. It’s a natural toxin therapy. And the stress on your body increases if you use diet sweeteners.
If you are diabetic or pre-diabetic, you understand how delicate diabetes is. All types of diabetes require a very precise, chemical management, and using diet chemical sweeteners only makes this task harder.
Going Down The Wrong Road
The sweetener companies defend product safety for the diabetic based on mounds of their own research – but corporate funded studies mean nothing at the end of the day.
You don’t hear about the harmful health effects because these corporations want to keep you coming back for more.
The true focus is very basic – everyone needs the right tools for self-help; the proper tools, that is! Today, “sugar-free” marketers want to convince you that weight management and diabetes cannot succeed without artificial sweeteners. But people existed just fine long before the sugar-free frenzy, and there were fewer diabetics merely 30 years ago without “diet products.”
Get Away From The Gaslighting
Don’t fall prey to the slanted advertisements, and, sorry, but most doctors are misinformed and grossly behind the times due to their AMA directives.
Take control of your health by making more natural lifestyle changes such as eating healthy foods with NO FOOD CHEMICALS, drinking plenty of pure water, soda substitutes like herbal teas, and by maintaining a regular exercise program.
Simple lifestyle changes can make living with health issues like diabetes much easier and it will put YOU back in control of your life as opposed to illness controlling you.
It’s much less expensive, too.
Everyone Is Different
Everyone is different, even people with diabetes. Diabetes has now become a common disease, but it is still very misunderstood.
Most doctors think that diabetes simply means that you can’t eat sugar and that it can be normalized with medications. The artificial sugar industry markets fake sugars as totally harmless, and this entices consumers to believe that you can eat and drink all you want if it’s “sugar-free.”
Well, is this working for you?
Big Corps, Big Pharma, and Big Advertisers will not tell you that what works for one person may not work for another. This applies to medications and vaccines, too. No one can make a blanket statement that any product is “safe for everyone.”
Better Choices
Don’t lose heart. Avoiding toxic chemicals doesn’t mean that you have to give up enjoying a good meal, working long hours, staying active in sports, or having children.
Everyone does need to be more conscientious about what they eat, and when you eat, be more aware about your food selections, especially avoid the “sugar-free” lifestyle being pushed on you. Stop adding more chemicals to your diet and get back to the basics of living, even if you have diabetes.
There are better choices out there, so get excited about how good you’ll feel when you select them.
