Out with the bad and in with the good. That’s the goal.
When you detox, you are removing unwanted toxins from your body – that’s my philosophy, anyway. Your body has no use for toxic chemicals, and it won’t use toxins for food or fuel, and hence, toxins will remain undigested.
Then they circulate through your bloodstream and deposit in your tissues and organs, and this causes disease and pesky health symptoms.
Eat detoxing foods daily to remove the toxins you have eaten (which are bad), and replace the places where they once deposited with healthy food substances (which is good). Now your body can heal and repair on its own.
This is what I consider natural healing.
And, you can do this every day. Many people do.

Add these following foods to your daily meals and snacks so you can detox a little bit every day. Your body will thank you for it.

What Are You Detoxing?
When detoxing, it’s really important to know WHAT you are detoxing, if possible. It’s important to know WHAT is making you sick – is it radiation, arsenic, mercury or aluminum?
This is where the hair analysis comes in. You can see for yourself what you are toxic in.
Then, you should remove those toxins ASAP, and replace where the toxins have been with healthy nutrients.
