Are you getting a flu shot this year? Do your kids have to get vaccinated to go to school? Did you get the last COVID booster? If you’re getting a vaccination, you should detox before and after.
Vaccinations stimulate your immune system to recognize and fight specific pathogens, like viruses or bacteria, without causing the full-blown illness. They introduce a weakened or inactivated form of the pathogen, prompting your body to produce antibodies and memory cells.
This prepares your immune system to respond quickly and more effectively if you are exposed to the real pathogen later, preventing or reducing the severity of the disease that you have been exposed to.
Sounds logical, right? When vaccinations were first introduced, this was the goal. Today, many of us question what the goal has morphed into. And we question what else is in the vaccines other than the pathogen.
What’s In Your Vaccine?

Vaccine additives are called adjuvants, stabilizers, or preservatives, and Big Pharma claims that they are added to vaccines to enhance effectiveness, ensure safety, and maintain stability. Here’s a breakdown of the most common additives (and probably the cheapest choices) and their purposes:
Adjuvants: Boost your immune response, allowing smaller amounts of the active ingredient to be effective. Examples:
- Aluminum salts (e.g., aluminum hydroxide) are used in vaccines like hepatitis B and HPV to enhance antibody production.
- Squalene-based emulsions found in some flu vaccines to improve your immune response.
Preservatives: Prevent bacterial or fungal contamination in multi-dose vials. Example:
- Thimerosal (mercury-containing compound) that is used in trace amounts in some multi-dose flu vaccines (not used in single-dose or childhood vaccines in many other countries).
Stabilizers: Maintain vaccine potency during storage and transport. Examples:
- Sugars (e.g., lactose, sucrose) prevent degradation of the active ingredients.
- Gelatin or human serum albumin (a protein that is abundant in human blood plasma) stabilizes live-virus vaccines like MMR (measles, mumps, rubella).
Residual manufacturing components: Trace amounts from production processes. Examples:
- Formaldehyde is used to inactivate viruses (e.g., polio vaccine).
- Antibiotics (e.g., neomycin) prevent bacterial contamination during production; residuals may remain in vaccines like MMR.
- Egg proteins in trace amounts are found in some flu vaccines due to egg-based production.
Other additives:
- Monosodium glutamate (MSG) s a stabilizer in some vaccines (e.g., varicella) to maintain pH.
- Saline and water are used as a diluent to adjust vaccine concentration.
Your body’s immune system may uptake the vaccine pathogens, but it will not assimilate or metabolize the additives because they have no use or benefit to your immune system. So what does your body do with these additives? It tries to excrete them because they become toxic if they are not removed.
Detox Detox Detox
It’s important to detox before and after you get vaccinated, which takes stress off your immune system. This helps your vaccines be more effective after you remove all the additives.
When you detox before you vaccinate, you remove any toxins that can prevent your body from efficiently up-taking the vaccine pathogen, and when you detox after you get vaccinated, you remove the toxic additives that cause more problems.
Out with the bad. That’s the goal.
Your body has no use for toxic chemicals, and it doesn’t use vaccine toxins for food or fuel, so hence, toxins will remain in your body unassimilated. Then they circulate through your bloodstream and deposit in your tissues and organs, and this causes disease and pesky health symptoms.
