French Green Clay
The best source for French Green Clay comes from France, but India has a form of red illite clay, and the Western USA has a white kaolinite clay that are also good.
One teaspoon of French Green Clay taken first thing in the morning or before bed at night on an empty stomach, seven (7) days a week; six (6) to eight (8) capsules equals one teaspoon of powdered clay.
Use the French Green Clay every day for your recommended Detox Period (based on your hair analysis) on an empty stomach so the clay can reach the toxins unobstructed. Always drink ample water during any Detox.
You can spilt the clay dose to take twice a day if it is more convenient.

How To Use The Clay
If you have never taken clay before, introduce FGC to your body gradually:
- Day 1,2 and 3 – 1/3 teaspoon
- Day 4,5 and 6 – 2/3 teaspoon
- Day 7 and on – 1 teaspoon
This is also recommended for children and for pets.
Make sure to order the clay for internal use – it tastes great, but if it is not labeled for internal use, buy the smallest grain clay available. I make my own toothpaste with it.
Note: The French Green Clay is more convenient in capsule form, but pure powdered FGC is recommended over using other forms of clay and clays that harden or cast, such as bentonite clay. Choose a form that you will consistently take, however, which is the most important part of starting a detox – consistency. (Walter does not ship Internationally.)
The US FDA has not approved the FGC for internal use, but it is not because the clay is questionable – the FDA “lags behind” on natural supplementation and detoxing. The French government has approved the FGC for internal use. FGC has been used internally for centuries in Europe.
