The new year always brings resolutions to start a new chapter of your life in a positive, healthy, and happier way. One of the best resolutions is to detox – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Be mindful in every moment of the awesome breakthrough towards better health, world harmony, and peace for all things – big and small. Remember that wherever you live, you are always connected to the food you eat, the air that you breath, the water you drink, and to the people who share this magnificent planet with you.
This awareness can, and will, empower you toward better health.
Detox, Detox, Detox
Every year, I recommend doing a detoxification program to remove chemical food toxins and environmental toxins that accumulate inside of your body over time.
My 10 Steps To Detoxification Program is a detox program I created to cure myself of a near-fatal thyroid disorder caused by aspartame poisoning. The program is a a great way to cleanse your body, and I recommend detoxing at least 2-3 times every year.
Detoxing is a preventative way to avoid illness, and has little to no side-effects, other than keeping you healthy, that is.
Detoxing is safe for children, and is a lifestyle program to maintain cleansing toxins and chemicals that you may be exposed to, with or without your awareness.
I am constantly detoxing. I rotate my cleanses, and I am always detoxing for those hidden, unknown somethings.

If you don’t know what toxins may be stored inside of your body, and if you’d like to learn what toxins you may currently be exposed to, have a hair analysis done once a year. This is an excellent way to keep your thumb on the pulse of toxic exposure. It helps you become more aware of things you need to change.
